When someone needs help with Gluuer, we want the answer to feel human, clear and surprisingly painless.
You’ll support customers, spot recurring problems and work closely with the product team to make sure the same question does not need to be answered forever.
What you’ll work on: Customer support, onboarding assistance, help articles, feedback collection and customer experience improvements.
