Advertising policies
Adverts on Gluuer sit inside someone's working session. These are the rules that keep that acceptable.
Every placement is reviewed by a person before it runs. We reserve the right to decline or remove any advert, at any time, without giving a commercial reason.
What we accept
Software, tools and services relevant to people building an audience or running a small business
Education, courses and events, where the offer is clearly described
Creative services, media, publishing and hardware
Consumer brands, where the creative meets our standards for quality and honesty
What we decline
Adult content, gambling, tobacco, vaping and weapons
Cryptocurrency trading, speculative investment offers and anything promising financial returns
Medical, health and supplement claims that are not substantiated
Political advertising, campaign material and issue advocacy
Multi-level marketing, get-rich-quick schemes and business opportunity offers
Anything that imitates the Gluuer interface, a system message or a download button
Anything targeting or appealing to children
Adverts that misrepresent the product, the price or what happens after a click
Creative standards
The advertiser must be identifiable from the creative itself
No audio that plays automatically, and no flashing or rapidly moving imagery
The click destination must match what the creative promises
No collection of Gluuer user data through the placement
Static or short looping video only, within the supplied specifications
How adverts are targeted
Placements are targeted by context and by broad geography. We do not sell, share or expose the contact data our users collect, and advertisers receive aggregate delivery reporting only.
Reporting an advert
If you have seen an advert on Gluuer that breaks these policies, tell us at gluuer.com/contact with a screenshot and roughly when you saw it. We review every report and act quickly on anything that should not have run.
