Understanding file types and upload limits

Gluuer supports document and media resources, such as PDFs, images, audio, and video, subject to the uploader's accepted formats and checks. Not every file extension or variation is necessarily accepted. Use the upload screen's validation for the specific file you want to share.

The maximum size applies to each uploaded file:

If a file exceeds your limit, you can reduce its size, choose a plan with a suitable allowance, or host the resource elsewhere and create a URL Magnet.

A URL Magnet does not upload the remote file into Gluuer. The destination still needs to work for your intended audience under its own hosting and permission settings.

When an upload is rejected, read the validation message before trying again. Confirm the file size, test that the file opens normally on your own device, and use a straightforward filename where possible. If the resource contains sensitive information, review the final file carefully before placing it behind a public Magnet Link.
