Exporting your contacts

Contact export is available on Lite and Pro. Free continues collecting contacts but does not include CSV export.

To request an export:

1. Sign in to the account whose contacts you want to export.
2. Open Settings > Export Contacts.
3. Request the export and wait while it shows Preparing export….
4. When it is ready, choose Download export.

Gluuer provides an in-app bell notification and an email when preparation finishes. The export must be accessed through the owning account. It is not intended as a public file for anyone with a shared link.

Exports provide contact data in CSV form for use outside Gluuer. Review the downloaded contents before importing them elsewhere, and preserve the distinction between verified contacts and people who opted in to marketing.

If a download link is no longer usable, return to the export record while signed in and use its download action again.

Store exported files carefully because they contain personal information. Remove copies you no longer need, restrict access to the people responsible for contact management, and avoid placing the export in a public folder. An export is a snapshot, so contacts collected afterwards require a later export.
