Setting up a follow-up email
Lite and Pro include an optional automatic follow-up email. Free does not include this feature.
Use the follow-up settings for the relevant Magnet to prepare and enable your message. The email is sent only when a contact meets that Magnet's follow-up rules, including the required marketing opt-in. Verification alone does not make everyone eligible.
A useful follow-up can introduce you, explain how to use the resource, suggest a next step, or invite a reply. Keep it focused on one purpose and follow the length and link limits displayed in the editor.
Gluuer's follow-up feature is designed for one short message, not a sequence of several emails. You cannot upload an unrelated mailing list and use it as a bulk-email sender.
Replies go to the reply address associated with your account. Check that address before inviting recipients to respond so their replies reach the inbox you intend to use.
Write the follow-up as a continuation of the resource request so the recipient understands why it arrived. Mention the resource clearly, provide genuinely useful context, and avoid treating the message as permission for unrelated campaigns. Review the public capture wording and follow-up together so the expectation is consistent.
