Finding your plan and billing settings

Open Settings > Plan & Billing to review the plan attached to your Gluuer account. This area shows plan information, usage, and billing-management options.

Use Manage billing to open the billing portal for the subscription associated with your account. Review the subscription, payment, and cancellation information there before confirming a change.

If you use more than one email address, make sure you are signed in to the account that holds the subscription. Seeing Free or unfamiliar usage can mean you are looking at a different account.

Read the confirmation screen carefully when changing a plan or billing interval. Do not assume a displayed monthly equivalent means you will be charged monthly when selecting an annual subscription.

If Gluuer's plan summary disagrees with the billing portal, report the discrepancy. Include the relevant date and a redacted screenshot, but do not send complete card details or sign-in codes.

Plan usage figures can help explain why a new File Magnet cannot be made active or why a feature is unavailable. Review both the plan name and current usage before changing your subscription, as the most appropriate option depends on the number and size of resources you want to keep eligible.
