Cancelling a paid subscription

Cancelling a paid subscription at the end of its billing period stops its scheduled renewal. You keep the paid plan's access until that period ends. Cancellation is not the same as immediately deleting your account.

  1. Open Settings > Plan & Billing.
  2. Use the billing-management controls to review your subscription.
  3. Complete the cancellation process and check its confirmation and effective date.

A subscription can still provide paid features while cancellation is scheduled. That remaining access does not, by itself, mean cancellation failed.

Use the billing portal's subscription details to check whether renewal has been canceled. If the Gluuer summary still presents the date as a next billing date, report the mismatch rather than assuming another charge will occur solely from that label.

When the paid entitlement ends, Free limits apply. Contacts remain in your account, but full visibility is restricted to the first 50 lifetime contacts, and paid-only features become unavailable.

Keep the cancellation confirmation for your records and note the end date of the current paid period. If you change your mind before that date, use the available billing-management option to review whether the scheduled cancellation can be reversed, rather than purchasing a separate subscription without checking the existing one.
