Why Free shows only your first 50 lifetime contacts

Free continues collecting verified contacts after you reach 50. The restriction is on full contact visibility, not on continued collection.

Your first 50 lifetime unique contacts are visible in full. Details for contacts beyond that group remain restricted until you upgrade. Aggregate totals continue to reflect contacts collected beyond 50.

This is a lifetime visibility rule, not a fresh allowance every month or a rotating list of the newest 50 contacts. Do not assume deleting a visible contact will unlock a later one.

Lite and Pro provide full contact visibility and contact export. If you downgrade to Free, your contact history is retained, but the Free visibility rule applies again when the paid entitlement ends.

If a total is higher than the number of contact details you can view, check your plan before assuming collection has failed. Eligible live Magnets can continue collecting under Free's limits.

The restricted contacts are preserved in the account rather than discarded. Upgrading restores access to the full set of collected contact details, subject to the current paid-plan entitlements, which means your Magnet can continue proving demand before you decide whether broader access is worthwhile.
