Understanding Saved Contacts and repeat visitors

Saved Contacts is your account-wide collection of contacts. When someone verifies their email through a Magnet, Gluuer associates that contact with the Magnet they requested.

The same verified email counts as one contact within your account, even if the person requests more than one Magnet. Gluuer preserves the relevant Magnet relationships and activity rather than creating a separate account-wide contact for every request.

For example, a person who requests both your checklist and your guide can appear in each Magnet's history while counting once in your account's unique contact total. Repeated activity is not necessarily a duplicate-contact problem.

Because the same contact can belong to multiple Magnets, adding individual Magnet contact totals may produce a larger number than your account-wide unique total.

Review a contact's available Magnet history and dates to understand which resources they requested. A verified contact is not automatically a marketing subscriber; review consent separately.

This account-wide model gives you a more accurate picture of the people in your audience. It prevents one person from being counted as several different contacts merely because they showed interest in several resources, while still preserving the context of those separate requests.
