The file is blank, damaged, or not what I expected
First, confirm that the download completed and open the file with an application suited to its format. A partially downloaded file can appear damaged, while a preview application may display some complex documents incorrectly. Download a fresh copy from the original Magnet Link and try a different compatible application before assuming the resource itself is broken.
The account holder controls the file connected to the Magnet. Lite and Pro account holders can replace that file while keeping the same public Magnet Link, so a new download can differ from a copy obtained earlier. A file already saved on your device does not update automatically when the owner replaces the resource.
If the fresh copy is still blank, damaged, or clearly different from the title and description, contact the resource provider. Explain what you expected, what you received, and which device or application you used. Gluuer manages protected access and delivery, while questions about the resource's actual content, accuracy, or intended version are best answered by the person who supplied it.
