Understanding Gluuer Levels
Your Gluuer Level reflects the number of unique contacts currently saved in your account. It appears in your dashboard with its name and emoji and updates automatically as the contact total changes.
A contact counts once per account, even if that email has interacted with several Magnets. Account-level contacts also contribute to the Saved Contacts total used for Levels.
Levels are not based on the sum of every Magnet's contact count, the number of downloaded files, or the amount you pay for your subscription.
Because a Level reflects the current saved-contact total, it can change downward if that total decreases. It is not a permanent record of the highest contact count you have ever reached.
There is nothing to activate. Levels recognise account progress; they do not themselves promise additional file allowances, billing discounts, or other plan benefits.
Because Levels use current unique Saved Contacts, they can help you understand audience growth without rewarding repeat requests from the same address as separate people. For plan features and allowances, always refer to the Plan & Billing area rather than using your Level as an entitlement indicator.
