Using Gluuer with an email marketing tool or CRM

You can start using Gluuer without connecting another marketing tool. Gluuer handles the capture page, email verification, resource access, and Saved Contacts.

When you need newsletters, broader campaigns, or more complex workflows, Lite and Pro let you export contacts to CSV. You can then use the destination platform's import process.

Gluuer does not currently provide direct contact synchronization into tools such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or HubSpot. Exporting is a manual transfer, not an ongoing sync. Changes made later in one tool should not be assumed to appear automatically in the other.

Before importing, check the receiving platform's required columns and review contact consent. Do not import every verified contact as a marketing subscriber just because they requested a resource.

Gluuer's built-in follow-up is one simple message associated with a Magnet. It does not replace a multi-email automation system.

When importing a CSV elsewhere, map the fields carefully and test with a small batch if the receiving platform allows it. Keep Magnet source and consent information wherever possible, as that context can help you communicate appropriately and understand which resources generated interest.
