Why is my file taking so long to upload?
File Magnet creation takes longer than URL Magnet creation because the actual file must be transferred. The time depends on the file size, your upload speed, connection stability, device, and browser. A fast download connection does not always mean your upload speed is equally fast.
Keep the creation page open until Gluuer confirms that the upload and creation step has finished. Avoid changing networks, closing the laptop, or allowing a phone to sleep during a large upload. If progress has stopped for an unusually long period, check whether your connection is still working, then retry with a current browser. Before retrying several times, look in My Magnet Links to make sure the first attempt did not complete.
For repeated difficulty, reduce the file size or use a stable connection. A URL Magnet can be a better option when the resource is already hosted online or is cumbersome to upload. If the problem continues with a supported file inside your plan limit, record its size and format along with the time, browser, and displayed error for support.
