What to check when an access-code email does not arrive
Start by checking the email address on the Magnet request. A typo or a different inbox can prevent you from finding the message.
Then:
- Check your inbox, spam, and junk folders.
- Search your mailbox for Gluuer.
- Allow time for the email to arrive before requesting several more messages.
- Follow the resend option and any waiting period shown on the page.
- Use the code for your current request when it arrives.
If you entered the wrong address, return to the request flow and correct it. You need access to the inbox receiving the code.
These are troubleshooting checks, not a guarantee of delivery. If the problem continues, report the Magnet Link, approximate request time, and any message shown on screen. Do not include access codes or unrelated private mailbox content in screenshots.
The resource is not attached to the verification email. Once the email arrives, return to Gluuer to complete access.
Corporate or school email systems can apply stricter filtering than personal inboxes. If messages are being held by an organisation's mail controls, you may need help from its email administrator or may need to use another address you are authorised to use, provided the resource owner permits it.
