What to do when a Magnet Link is unavailable

A Magnet Link can become unavailable if the owner switches it off, deletes it, or no longer meets the plan requirements for that resource. Gluuer may also suspend a resource for safety or moderation reasons.

An unavailable page does not necessarily mean your email address is wrong. Repeatedly requesting verification codes will not restore a resource that is no longer accessible.

First, check that you opened the complete link supplied by the resource provider. If you copied it from a message, make sure no characters were omitted. If the page appears to be loading incorrectly, try reopening it once in your browser.

If it remains unavailable, ask the person who shared it to check its status or provide the correct link. Include the public Magnet Link and the message you saw.

A deleted Magnet's old link is not reassigned to a new resource. You may need a new link from the provider rather than continuing to retry the old one.

If the page briefly appears unavailable and then loads, record what happened and avoid submitting the form repeatedly. The link, approximate time, device, browser, and a screenshot of the message can help the provider or support team investigate an intermittent problem.
