What to check when a file will not download
Make sure you completed email verification first. Requesting a code without entering it does not unlock the protected file.
If verification succeeded:
- Check the browser's downloads list in case the file already arrived.
- Use the download action on the verified page if automatic downloading did not start.
- Look for a browser warning or blocked-download notice.
- Check your connection and available device storage.

If you opened the link inside a social app, trying it in your device's main browser can help identify an in-app browser problem. This is a troubleshooting step, not a guaranteed fix.
If the problem persists, share the Magnet Link, device/browser, approximate time, and exact error with the resource provider or support. Do not include your access code or a protected temporary download address.
Trying a current version of a mainstream browser and checking whether downloads are permitted for the site can help isolate a device setting. If other files download normally and this one consistently fails, the resource owner may need to confirm that the hosted file is still available.
