Are payments through Gluuer safe?
Gluuer uses Stripe to process subscription payments. When you enter card details in the Stripe payment experience, Stripe handles the sensitive payment information. Gluuer does not receive or store your complete card number or card security code. Gluuer receives the subscription and payment status, along with the limited billing information needed to provide and manage your plan.
Stripe is a specialist payment provider and states that it is certified as a PCI Service Provider Level 1. It uses measures such as encryption and tokenisation to protect payment data. You should still use normal payment precautions. Check that you reached billing through the genuine Gluuer account area, review the plan and billing period before confirming, and never send full card details or security codes by email or support message. No online payment system can promise zero risk, but using Stripe keeps sensitive card processing within a dedicated payment platform rather than Gluuer storing those details itself.
