I created a File Magnet, but other people cannot access it
Open My Magnet Links and check the Magnet's status. It needs to be Live and eligible under your current plan for recipients to access it. Off, Inactive, Suspended, and Deleted Magnets are unavailable for different reasons. An inactive status can result from a plan limit or a file that no longer meets the current entitlement.
Confirm that you shared the public Magnet Link rather than an account-management page, preview address, or temporary file-download URL. Open the public link in a private browser window and complete the same email-verification process a recipient would use. This checks the page, confirmation code, and final download together.
If the dashboard says Live but the public page repeatedly appears unavailable, do not delete the Magnet as a first attempt at fixing it. Record the public link, time, browser, status shown in the account, and screenshots from both views. Report those details to support, particularly if the public page alternates between available and unavailable.
