The Magnet Link says the page is unavailable or does not exist
A Magnet can be unavailable because it was switched off, became inactive under a plan limit, expired, was suspended, or was permanently deleted. The public message may remain general to protect account information, so an unavailable page does not necessarily explain the exact reason and should not automatically be treated as the owner's mistake.
Check that the complete link was copied correctly and reopen it once in your main browser. If the page briefly shows an error and then loads, record what happened rather than repeatedly submitting the form. If it remains unavailable, ask the person who shared it to check the Magnet's status or send you the current public link. An old deleted link cannot be reassigned to a new Magnet.
For an intermittent problem, useful details include the complete public Magnet Link, the approximate time, your device, your browser, and a screenshot of the message. Do not include an access code, account sign-in code, or temporary protected download address in the report.
