Understanding and replying to a follow-up email

A resource provider on an eligible paid plan can enable one automatic follow-up email for a Magnet. The message is separate from the 8-digit verification email and is intended for eligible contacts who opted in to hearing from that provider.

The follow-up might introduce the provider, explain the resource, suggest a next step, or invite a reply. It is not the email you need to locate when trying to verify resource access.

If you reply, the response goes to the reply address associated with the provider's account. You are continuing a conversation with the resource provider, not automatically opening a Gluuer support request.

Do not include sign-in codes, resource-access codes, or payment details in your reply. If you need help with the guide, template, or other content, describe the content issue instead.

Gluuer's built-in follow-up is one message rather than a multi-email sequence. The provider may use other tools separately, so direct questions about those messages to them.

The follow-up should relate to the resource and the permission you gave. If a message seems unrelated or you no longer want marketing communication, use the preference or unsubscribe method provided, or contact the sender responsible for the message.
