What happens when you downgrade?
When a lower plan takes effect, Gluuer applies that plan's Magnet and file limits. It automatically selects the newest-created eligible Magnets first within the new allowance. You do not manually choose which Magnets keep their allocation.
On Free, the allowance is five URL Magnets and one File Magnet, with a 50 MB maximum file size. Eligibility matters as well as creation date: a file that exceeds the lower plan's limit is not automatically allowed because it was uploaded while you had a higher plan.
Excess Magnets become Inactive, not deleted. Their public identifiers, contact relationships, analytics, and history are retained. Existing contacts are not erased by the plan change.
A downgrade does not make an intentionally switched-off Magnet live. Check the resulting status of each link you still share.
If you later upgrade, retained resources can become eligible again under the new allowance, subject to file availability and any other restrictions.
Review your public campaigns when scheduling a downgrade so you know which links are likely to remain eligible. Because allocation is based on creation order and eligibility, the Magnet you consider most important may not be the newest one, and a lower plan can therefore require changes to what you continue promoting.
