Where did my uploaded file go?
After creating a File Magnet, look in My Magnet Links, which is the main area for finding and managing your resources. Search for the title you entered and use the Files filter if you have several Magnets. Open the result to check its status, public link, file information, sharing tools, contacts, and available management actions.
Uploading a file and publishing a working Magnet are related steps, so do not assume that selecting a file means the public page is ready. Wait for the upload and creation process to complete, then confirm that the Magnet appears in your account and is marked Live before sharing it. Make sure you signed in with the same email address used when the Magnet was created.
If the Magnet appears but is Off or Inactive, the file record has not necessarily vanished. Read the status and any reason shown. If the Magnet does not appear after refreshing and searching by its exact title, avoid uploading several duplicate copies. Record the filename, approximate upload time, browser, and account email, then contact support so the original attempt can be checked.
