Why are URL Magnets particularly useful?
A URL Magnet places Gluuer's verified-email access flow in front of a resource that already lives online. It can point to an online document, template, calculator, private video, useful webpage, or resource library. After verification, the recipient chooses Open link to visit the destination.
URL Magnets are useful when a resource changes frequently because you can maintain the content on its original platform. They also help when a file is too large for your Gluuer plan or is better delivered through a specialist service. A URL Magnet can be created quickly because the underlying file does not need to be uploaded to Gluuer.
Free includes up to five URL Magnets, while Lite and Pro include unlimited URL Magnets. The destination must still be accessible under the external service's own permissions. Gluuer verifies the recipient's email and reveals the link, but it cannot grant permission to a private Google Doc, Notion page, Canva file, video account, or website that is restricted separately.
