Why did some Magnet Links become inactive after I changed plan?
Each plan has its own published Magnet and file-size limits. When a lower plan takes effect, Gluuer keeps the most recently created eligible Magnets within that plan's allowance. Excess Magnets become Inactive rather than being deleted.
On Free, the current allowance is five URL Magnets and one File Magnet, with a 50 MB maximum file size. A File Magnet that is too large for Free may be ineligible even if it was created recently. You do not manually select which Magnets remain allocated during the current automatic downgrade process.
Inactive Magnets keep their public identifiers, contacts, settings, analytics, and history. Files made inactive by a downgrade to Free can be retained for up to one year, after which the stored file may be removed if it remains ineligible. Upgrading before removal can make a retained resource eligible again. Review your active campaigns before downgrading so you know which public links may stop providing access.
