Why has my QR code or website embed stopped working?
A QR code and website embed depend on the Magnet behind them. If the Magnet is Off, Inactive, Suspended, or Deleted, the QR code can still open the public address, but the resource will not be available. An embed can also stop providing access when the underlying Magnet is unavailable.
Open My Magnet Links, find the Magnet, and check its status and reason. Then scan the QR code or load the embedded page in a private browser window. If the Magnet is Live, confirm that the QR code points to the complete public Magnet Link and that the embed code was not altered or partly removed by the website editor.
Deleting a Magnet does not redirect its QR code to a replacement. The old public identifier remains reserved and unavailable. Lite and Pro resource replacement is the correct way to update a file or destination while preserving an existing public link, QR code, embed association, contacts, and history.
