I cancelled my subscription. Why is my paid plan still active?
A cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current paid billing period. Your existing Lite or Pro features remain available until that date, and the account moves to Free only when the paid entitlement actually ends. Continued access before the end date is expected and does not by itself mean that cancellation failed.
Open Settings > Plan & Billing, choose Manage billing, and check the subscription status and end date in the Stripe billing portal. Keep the cancellation confirmation for your records. If Gluuer still labels the date as a next billing date even though Stripe shows the subscription is scheduled to end, report the wording mismatch with a redacted screenshot rather than cancelling repeatedly.
When the paid period ends, Free limits apply. Excess Magnets become Inactive, paid-only features become unavailable, and full contact visibility returns to Free's first-50-lifetime rule. Contacts and Magnet history are preserved under the downgrade and retention rules. If you change your mind before the end date, review the billing portal for the option to keep your current plan.
