Why can I only create one File Magnet?
The Free plan includes one File Magnet. Once that allowance is being used, another published File Magnet cannot be added under the same Free entitlement. Switching the existing Magnet Off does not release the slot because Off Magnets still count towards the plan allowance.
Current File Magnet allowances are:

Open Settings > Plan & Billing to check the plan attached to the account, then review My Magnet Links for existing File Magnets, including ones that are Off. If you signed in with another email address, confirm that you are viewing the account you intended to use.
You can upgrade for a larger allowance or permanently delete a File Magnet you no longer need. Deletion releases the slot, but it also removes the old resource and makes its public link unusable. Choose deletion only when you are certain the previous Magnet is no longer needed.
