What can I do if my file is too large?
The maximum size applies to each File Magnet and depends on your current plan: Free allows up to 50 MB, Lite up to 150 MB, and Pro up to 500 MB. Check the actual file size on your device rather than estimating it from the number of pages or the duration of a video.
You can reduce the size by compressing images, exporting a PDF with a smaller file setting, lowering video resolution or bitrate, removing unused material, or placing several items into a sensible ZIP file if the result is accepted by the uploader. Open the reduced file before uploading it to confirm that the quality remains suitable and that nothing important was removed.
You can also upgrade to a plan with a larger per-file limit. If the file is still too large or is better maintained elsewhere, host it on a service designed for that content and create a URL Magnet. The URL option still gives you Gluuer's verified-email capture page, while the external provider remains responsible for storing and serving the resource.
