What happens if my subscription payment fails?
Payment failure can happen because a card expired, the bank declined the transaction, available funds were insufficient, or the payment method needs additional action. Check the billing email and use Settings > Plan & Billing > Manage billing to review or update the payment method through Stripe.
Gluuer provides a payment-recovery period rather than removing paid access immediately. Public Magnet Links and paid features can continue while the payment is being recovered. Follow the instructions in the payment email and complete any required bank authentication. Gluuer's public guidance may refer to a seven-day grace period, so act promptly rather than relying on continued access.
If the payment remains unresolved, the account eventually returns to Free entitlements. Excess Magnets become Inactive, paid settings are retained, and contacts are not immediately deleted. Check which File and URL Magnets would remain eligible under Free before the restriction takes effect. Never send card details to support; update them only through the Stripe billing experience reached from your Gluuer account.
